摘　　要：探讨宫腔镜取胚术联合丁卡因胶浆终止早早孕技术的临床价值。比较宫腔镜组及人工流产术两组患者并发症的发生情况。结果宫腔镜组比人工流产术并发症低,安全性高。因此,宫腔镜取胚术联合丁卡因胶浆是一种安全、有效、微创的终止早早孕技术。To investigate the value of hysteroscopy combined with Tetracaine in the treatment of early early pregnancy. The incidence of uterine perforation, missing suction, incomplete suction and bleeding were compared between the observation group and control group. The incidence of uterine perforation, missing suction and bleeding was lower in observation group than that in control group and incomplete suction rate was obviously lower in observation group than that in control group. Hysteroseopy combined with tetracaine in the treatment of early early pregnancy is a preferable method with advantages of highly efficacy, safety and miniinvasion.
