摘　　要：为了全面了解船舶驾驶人员在能见度不良时近距离避让的行为情况和做好船舶碰撞事故的预防工作，笔者最近通过问卷调查的方法对２００多名船长和驾驶员进行了调查。本文简要介绍了这次问卷调查的目的、要求、方法与内容，就调查的统计与分析作了说明，并提出了一些有价值的结论供船舶安全管理与研究人员参考。For a full investigation and analysis of the behaviors of captains and officers on board ships for preventing collisions at sea in restricted visibility within a short distance,the authors of this paper had collected the questionnaires from more than 200 captains and officers recently.This paper introduces the aims,requirements,method and contents of this investigation by questionnaires,describes the results of statistics and analysis of this investigation,and provides some valuable opinions and information for the personnel and researchers who are engaged in the safety management and administration of ships.
