摘  要:梯度饲喂蜡样芽孢杆菌90 d,检验外源性微生物对断奶犊牛生长和消化道内微生物区系形成的影响。结果显示:试验中期Ⅰ组(3×109 CFU/头.d)和Ⅱ组(6×109 CFU/头.d)的草颗粒日采食量分别比对照组减少50.79%和32.28%,干草日采食量则分别提高35.14%和16.76%,试验末期Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的干草日采食量分别提高21.99%和13.75%,但对照组、试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组间犊牛试验末体重和试验期增重无显著性差异(P>0.05);PCR-DGGE图谱分析显示,试验末犊牛肠道微生物区系整体相似性系数为0.45,低于试验初的0.58,试验组聚为一簇(除15),但各组间肠道微生物区系多样性指数无显著性差异。由此,外源性蜡样芽孢杆菌可影响幼龄反刍动物对粗饲料种类的选择性,改变犊牛肠道微生物区系的相似性,但短期内对增重和肠道微生物区系多样性影响有限。To examine the effect of exogenous microbe on the growth and microflora of digestive tract,gradient Bacillus cereus were fed to weaning calves for 90 d.The results indicated that:compared to control group,daily hay intake of the experimental group Ⅰ(3×109 CFU/calf.d) and group Ⅱ(6×109 CFU/calf.d) increased by 35.14% and 16.76%,and daily particle grass intake decreased by 50.79% and 32.28% in mid-term experiment,respectively;In later term,the daily hay intake of groupⅠand groupⅡincreased by 21.99% and 13.75%.However,there were no significant statistical differences in final body weight and weight gain during experiment.Analysis by PCR-DGGE profiles showed that: in final experiment,similarity coefficient of intestinal microflora was 0.45,which was less than that(0.55) in initial experiment,and all lanes of experimental groups assembled one cluster except 15,however,the diversity index has no significant statistical difference among experimental groups.The results suggested that the exogenous Bacillus cereus might affect the selection of calve for roughage and the similarity of intestinal microbflora,however,it was limited to affect the body weight gain and the diversity indices of intestinal microflora in short-term feeding.
