摘　　要：针对应用解析法设计曲柄摇杆机构时存在的问题,运用数学和机构性能知识,导出了满足曲柄摇杆机构的极位夹角θ和摇杆摆角ψ的基本方程。完成了机构尺寸以传动角γ为参数的显式表达,以"γmin=[γ]"为例介绍了机构的参数设计法。Aiming at the design problems in designing crankrocker mechanism by using analytic method in this paper,a basic equation that can satisfy both the extreme position angle θ and the crank swing angle ψ of the crank-rocker mechanism by applying the mathematic and mechanism performance knowledge.The explicit expression for mechanism size was achieved by using transmission angle γ as the parameter.The parameter design method of the mechanism has been introduced by using ＂γmin=[γ]＂ as an example.
