摘  要:提出衡量结构最优程度的结构最优化指标,利用该指标实现了求解结构最优准则方程组时步长因子的自动选取,研制出以ANSYS为分析器、以导重法为优化器的结构自动优化软件SOGA1。该结构优化软件实现了ANSYS与导重法数据的自动交换,克服了优化迭代中人为因素带来的影响,实现了完全自动化,进一步提高了结构优化导重法的工程实用性。通过对多个工程结构进行优化的应用算例,验证了该软件的可行性与优越性。The structural optimization index for evaluating the structural optimization is proposed,by using which automatic selection of step factor is allowed when solving the equations set of the structure optimal criterion,and the automatic optimization software SOGA1 was developed by taking ANSYS as the analyzer and the guide-weight method as optimizer.This structural optimization software allows the automatic exchange between ANSYS and data of the guide-weight method,the influence caused by the human factors in the optimization and iteration was eliminated and the full automation is obtained,further improving the engineering practicability of the guide-weight method of structure optimization.The feasibility and advantages of this software has been verified through optimized application examples in many engineering structures.
