摘　　要：调查显示,多数大三医学生对就业相关问题有正确认识,部分学生存在就业意识弱、期望高等问题。建议学校以"五化"理念,推进教学改革、拓展学生综合素质和就业渠道、加强基层就业和自主创业引导,以促进医学生充分就业。Survey indicates thatthe majority of junior medical students （ingrade 3）on the employment-related issues have a correct understanding, but some of them have problems with weak awareness of employment and high expectations. Suggestions of boosting teaching reform with the process-oriented, people-oriented, fully-oriented and professional, and by cultivating students’comprehensice quality, expanding employment channels, strengthening grass-roots self-employment and entrepreneurial guidance to promote the medical students’full employment.
