论历年图书平均价格对图书遗失赔偿额度的影响

摘　　要：目前图书赔偿制度,大多按年份划定多个阶段确定不同的赔偿标准,这是不合理的。该文认为应该按历年图书的平均价格折算赔偿倍数,确定遗失图书的赔偿额度。这种方法简单有效,既有利于弥补图书馆的馆藏损失,也有利于构建和谐的办馆环境。At present most library rules of lost books require the patron to pay the replacement tee according to the number of years of acquisition, which is not reasonable. This paper proposes that the replacement cost be paid at the average price of books of the same category annually. Compared to the traditional model, the new model is simple and efficient. It covers the loss of libraries and can improve the library environment.
