摘　　要：以搜集中国金融大案要案的经验为例,分析编目分类在为政府提供个性化信息服务中的重要作用和图书馆员撰写政府信息服务分析报告的必要性,并为高校图书馆更有效地为政府科学决策提供个性化信息服务提出一些建议。This paper analyzes both the importance of cataloguing and classifying the information sources needed by the government and the necessity for librarians to draft research reports on the information services for the government by gathering financial cases in China as an example. It further discusses the constructive inspiration for how the academic library can provide more effective and more specific information services for governmental decision-making.
