摘　　要：以自制阳离子型丙烯酸环氧树脂、颜填料、纳米级紫外线吸收剂和光屏蔽剂为原料,研制LH-3001A丙烯酸环氧型阴极电泳涂料,该涂料具有良好的户外耐老化性和耐盐雾性,可作为底面合一涂料用于汽车、机械、重工等行业。LH-3001A acrylic epoxy cathodic electrophoretic coating was prepared by a self-made cationic acrylic epoxy resin,pigments and fillers,nano-UV absorbers and ultraviolet light screening agent as raw materials.The coat-ings has good artificial ageing resistance and salt spray resistance properties and it can be applied as one coat paint for the automotive,machinery,heavy industry and other industries.
