雾化吸入可必特与氨茶碱、地塞米松对尘肺患者肺通气功能影响的研究

摘  要:目的观察雾化吸入氨茶碱、地塞米松和可必特后对煤工尘肺患者肺通气功能的影响。方法将110例煤工尘肺患者随机分为2组,A组60例,雾化吸入氨茶碱、地塞米松;B组50例,雾化吸入可必特,每天2次,连续5 d后,比较2组雾化吸入前后肺通气功能的改变及不良反应。结果 A组的FVC、FEV1差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组的FVC、FEV1差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);药物不良反应2组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论氨茶碱、地塞米松雾化吸入对CWP患者肺通气功能的改善不明显;可必特雾化吸入对CWP患者肺通气功能有显著改善,2组药物不良反应发生率均较低。[Objective] To observe the effect of aerosol inhalation of aminophylline,dexamethasone and combivent on pulmonary ventilation function of patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis(CWP).[Methods]110 CWP patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A(60 cases) was treated with aerosol inhalation of aminophylline and dexamethasone,and group B(50 cases) was given aerosol inhalation of combivent,twice daily for 5 days.The changes of pulmonary ventilation function before and after aerosol inhalation and the adverse reactions of two groups were compared.[Results]There was no significant different in FVC and FEV-1between before and after aerosol inhalation in group A(P〉0.05),but the differences in FVC and FEV-1was significant in group B(P〈0.01).There was no significant different in adverse drug reactions between two groups.[Conclusion]The aerosol inhalation of aminophylline and dexamethasone has no obvious effect on the pulmonary ventilation function of CWP patients,but the aerosol inhalation of combivent may significantly improve the pulmonary ventilation function of CWP patients,and the incidences of adverse reaction in both groups were low.
