摘　　要：目的 通过分析剖宫产指征的变化,探讨降低剖宫产率的方法. 方法对我院产科2001-2009年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征进行回顾性分析. 结果 剖宫产率2005年前逐年升高到一定平台后处于平稳状态.2005年前剖宫产主要原因是胎儿因素、头盆因素、母体因素;2005年以后剖宫产主要原因是社会因素. 结论 近年来社会因素是影响剖宫产率升高的主要原因.Objective To explore how to reduce the high rate of cesarean section by analyzing its causes. Methods Cesarean section rate and indication were reviewed during 2001-2009. Results The cesarean section rate increased year by year and reached a stationary platform until 2005. The main causes of cesarean section before 2005 due to fetal factors, the unfit of fatal head and mother, pelvis, maternal factors, and then social factors became the first. Conclusion In recent years, social factors become the main cause that causes the rise of cesarean section rate.
