摘　　要：目的 对我院2000-2009年的医疗质量进行综合评价,为医院管理者了解医院10年的医疗质量情况,促进医疗质量的提高提供科学依据. 方法 选取反映医疗质量的医疗工作数量、医疗工作效率及医疗诊治质量的10项统计指标,建立评价指标体系,用CPD评价法对医院10年的医疗质量进行综合评价. 结果 医疗工作数量指标、医疗工作效率指标呈逐年上升趋势,医疗诊治质量保持在稳定较好水平.综合评价的排序结果：2000年最差,2009年最优,2007年Ui由负数转为正数,医疗质量开始好转. 结论医院诊疗工作进入良性循环轨道,评价结果与医院发展的实际情况相符.Objective The paper is a comprehensive evaluation of one local hospital＇s medical quality from the year 2000 to 2009, which is used for hospital administrators to understand the 10 years＇ developing situation and to provide a scientific basis for promoting the whole service level of health care of the local hospital. Methods The 10 selected statistical indicators that reflect medical quantity, medical efficiency and medical quality of diagnosis and treatment of one local hospital from the year 2000 to 2009, are evaluated by the CPD method. Results The quality of medical diagnosis and treatment of medical service in the local hospital maintains a stable and good level according to increasing quantity indicators and efficiency indicators year by year. The sort results of comprehensive evaluation indicate that the worst is in 2000, the best is in 2009, and the Ui in 2007 is from the negative to positive, which show that the hospital has started to improve the quality of medical care. Conclusion Hospital clinics and the situation of medical service has entered a virtuous circle track. The evaluation results respond to the practical situation of hospital development.
