摘 要:目的 研究转科病人对科室绩效考核的影响与对策. 方法 调查1个月的数据,从出院者平均住院日、出院人数、诊断符合率3个方面,来阐述转科病人对临床科室绩效考评的影响. 结果 通过采用平均住科日与平均住院日,出科人数与出院人数进行统计学对比,列出1个月医院各科室的相关指标列表及统计分析结果. 结论 转科病人在出院者平均住院日、出院人数、诊断符合率方面对科室的影响是很大的,采用本文推荐的考评指标,可以更客观地反映科室的绩效水平,是更为有效的激励指标.Objective To study the influence and countermeasure of department performance appraisal for transferred patients. Methods One month survey data, the average length of stay from the hospital, the number of discharged patients, diagnosis rates are three aspects to the Shan state switch their patients on the performance evaluation of the clinical departments. Results Through the use of an average occupancy and average length of stay, Division Day, course completion numbers for statistical comparison with the number of discharged patients, the hospital listed in one month a list of all sections of the relevant indicators and statistical analysis. Conclusion The influence on the department in average length of stay in hospital, hospital discharges, diagnostic rate for transferred patients is great. Using evaluation indicators recommended in this paper can more objectively reflect the department's performance level, which is a more effective incentive indicators.
