摘  要:使用科视达KH1300三维视频显微系统,观察了土种毛CASHWOOL纤维的形态结构特征。结果发现:与同样细度的澳毛相比,其鳞片密度小于澳毛鳞片密度的30%以上,鳞片高度低于澳毛鳞片高度的10%,鳞片厚度薄于澳毛鳞片厚度的8%。测试了CASHWOOL纤维的基本力学性能,研究了生产粗纺呢绒的原料选配方案,并对土种毛CASHWOOL粗纺呢绒面料进行了技术测试。研究表明:经过对CASHWOOL纤维结构配伍的优化,扩大了粗纺呢绒原料的选用范围,可生产不同规格、不同风格的粗纺呢绒,并大大降低了毛纺企业的生产成本。The morphological characteristics of CASHWOOL fiber are observed by use of Questar digital microscope KH1300.The results show that: compares with the same fineness of the Australian wool,scale frequency of CASHWOOL fiber is smaller than 30% of Australian wool’s,and scale height of CASHWOOL fiber is less than 10% of Australian wool’s,and scale thickness of CASHWOOL fiber is thiner than 8% of Australian wool’s.The basic physical and mechanical properties of the textile raw materials are tested.The raw materials sorting and blending patterns are researched to produce woollen fabrics,and technical properties and parameters of CASHWOOL woollen fabrics are tested.It is concluded that: various specifications and different styles of woollen fabrics can be developed by use of CASHWOOL after optimization of the structure compatibility of raw materials.Therefore,the scope of the selection of raw materials is expanded,and product costs are greatly reduced for woollen mill.
