水洗对毛织物起毛起球性能的影响

摘　　要：在常温下,先将精纺毛织物在加丝毛洗涤剂和柔软剂的水中浸泡30 min,取出后使用搓板进行手洗,再经过清水漂洗、平铺晾干,在标准的测试温湿度条件下放置24 h,然后通过刷磨不同的次数测试它的起球状况。实验得到:织物水洗后表面毛羽增加,但水洗织物表面无起球现象;随着搓洗次数的增加,起球严重,但搓洗增加到一定次数后,织物起球变化较小;水洗对各织物的起球影响程度是不同的,纯毛织物水洗后起球数比毛涤织物起球数多。At room temperature,the worsted fabric is soaked in silky detergent and softener water for 30 min,then removed for hand washing on the washboard,and then through rinsing,drying and placing 24 h in the standard test conditions of temperature and humidity,we test the pilling status after the different times of rubbing.The result shows that after washing the hairiness of the fabric surface increases,but without any pilling.With the increase of washing times,the pilling is gradually serious,yet to a certain times,the pilling has little change.The influence of washing to pilling of different fabrics is different,and the pilling number of pure wool fabric is higher than that of wool /polyester fabric.
