摘　　要：筒纱染色以高效率低消耗占优势,已在纱线染色中占有一定比例,但实践中发现有时出现毛羽较厉害的纱,直接影响了纱线的质量,并会造成许多浪费。经过一段时间的跟踪,发现毛羽在络筒和染色工序都会出现,经过对络筒工艺、染色工艺分析优化,并提高对络筒环境、络筒设备的要求,提出在生产细节上提高认识,加强管理,进行整改后取得了不错的效果,毛羽现象减少了,并且提高了制成率,降低了消耗,实现了在生产管理细节上的节能降耗。The advantage of chese dyeing is high efficiency,low consumption.The dyed yarn has some yarn hairiness sometimes,which direct impacts on the quality of garn and will couse waste.After a period of tracking,it finds that hairiness will occur in winding process and dyeing process.By optimizing the process of winding and dyeing,improving the environment and equipment of winding,it works out the measures to reduce the hairiness,and makes some progress.It can increase the production and reduce the energy consumption.
