PPH结合美珍颗粒剂灌肠治疗重度痔76例临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨PPH结合术后中药美珍颗粒剂灌肠在重度痔中的临床应用价值，采用美国强生公司或国产圆形吻合器对76例Ⅲ，Ⅳ期脱垂性痔进行手术，术后结合中药美珍颗粒剂灌肠治疗，并与90例行单纯PPH治疗患者进行对比观察。结果显示，手术平均时间19min，术后住院时间2～8d，治疗组患者术后痔核回缩，随访3～22个月，无复发，无大便失禁、肛门狭窄或肛周脓肿形成等并发症。结果表明，PPH结合术后中药美珍颗粒剂灌肠具有安全、有效、术后痛苦少、恢复快、并发症少等优点，是一种治疗重度痔较好的新方法。The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of PPH plus enema with Meizhen granule（MG） in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids（SH）. Seventy six patients with prolapsed hemorrhoids（Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages） underwent PPH followed by enema with MG. As results,the mean operation time was 19 minutes,the hospital stay was 2-8 days,all the prolapsed hemorrhoids were retracted and no such complications as recurrence, fecal incontinence, anal stricture or perianal abscess were found during follow up of 3-22 months. It is concluded that the combined therapy of PPH plus enema with MG is of many strong points such as better efficacy, safety, less postoperative pain, faster recovery, less complication, etc.
