PPH术后肛门坠胀的原因及处理

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）术后肛门坠胀的原因及处理，对132例混合痔及直肠黏膜内脱垂患者行PPH，分析术后肛门坠胀的原因及处理方法。结果显示，术后出现不同程度的肛门坠胀不适98例，占全部病例的74．2％。结果表明，肛门坠胀是PPH术后常见并发症，术中正确操作、术后及时处理对PPH术后肛门坠胀有着重要的临床意义。The objective of the study was to observe the postoperative anal tenesmus sensation（PATS） and its causes, and to evaluate its treatment result. One hundred and thirty two patients with mixed hemorrhoids and inner prolapse of rectal mucosa underwent PPH, and PATS was observed,its cause and treatment were analyzed. As results,98 cases had PATS （74.2%）. It is suggested that PATS is a common complication after PPH,and that proper intraoperative manipulation and timely postoperative treatment are of important clinical effect on PATS.
