痔术后放置自制引流管对创口愈合的影响

摘　　要：为观察痔术后放置自制引流管对创口愈合的影响，将痔术后患者200例随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例，治疗组术后采用自制引流管，对照组术后采用传统油纱条塞肛。结果显示，治疗组在减轻疼痛、缩短创口愈合时间方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，痔术后放置自制引流管可明显减轻患者疼痛，缩短疗程，促进创口愈合。The objective of the study was to observed the effect of self-made drainage tube on wound healing after hemorrhoidal operations. Two hundreds patients who had undergone hemorrhoidal operations were evenly randomised into two groups, patients in the study group received self-made drainage tube, while patients in the control group traditional oiled ribbon gauze for postoperative drainage. As results, the indexes of pain relief and wound healing time were better in the study group than in the control group（ P〈0.05）. It is concluded that postoperative drainage with the self-made drainage tube can ensure less pain, shorter treatment course and better wound healing.
