摘  要:为研究外界环境对固体火箭发动机性能的影响,基于推进剂药柱的热粘弹性模型,利用有限元方法对变温环境下的药柱温度应力进行了分析,研究了外界环境不同起始温度、不同升(降)温速率对药柱温度应力的影响,确定了某星型药柱内部的应力危险点。结果表明,外界环境升温导致发动机药柱内部应力下降,初期应力下降缓慢,后期应力下降较快;降温过程导致应力增加,初期增加缓慢,后期增加较快;起始温度、升(降)温速率对药柱危险点温度应力都有较大的影响,但后者的影响更为显著。不管外界环境是持续升温还是持续降温,都应该注意固体火箭发动机在贮存和使用中的"环境保护"。In order to study the effects of environment on solid rocket motor,the stress of a propellant grain under conditions of varying temperature is analyzed by using finite element method based on the thermo-viscoelasticity model of the propellant grain.The effects of initial temperature and warming(cooling) rate on thermal stress are studied.The danger point of thermal stress is confirmed.The results indicate that,thermal stress in the grain decreases with the environmental temperature warming and decreases slowly at earlier phase of warming,whereas rapidly in the late.Thermal stress increases with the environmental temperature cooling and increases slowly at earlier phase of cooling,whereas rapidly in the late.Thermal stress is influenced by initial temperature and warming(cooling) rate,but the latter more evidently.Finally,the environmental protection of the solid rocket motor should be enhanced in stockpile and use in spite of durative warming or cooling of environment temperature.
