浦东新区外商直接投资的三种经济效应分析——基于1990～2007年的实证检验

摘　　要：自1990年浦东改革开放以来,浦东的发展一直走在全国前列。从开放的角度看,浦东的改革开放贯穿了引入外资、利用外资的过程,外商直接投资在浦东新区的经济发展中具有重要作用。本文首先对浦东新区FDI的规模、来源和分布进行了分析,指出了FDI在发展阶段上呈现出波动性、在区域空间上呈现出集聚性、在资金来源上呈现出集中性的特征;其次,在相关理论的基础上,提出了FDI对影响区域经济发展的三个假设,通过对1990～2007年相关数据进行检验,发现FDI对于浦东新区的经济增长效应显著,但是技术溢出效应并不明显,而且存在较强的挤出效应;最后文章根据研究结果,对浦东新区在利用FDI的政策和制度安排上提出了建议和对策。Since the reform and opening up of Pudong New Area, the development has been in the forefront of the country. To a large extent, the reform and opening up of Pudong New Area has been accompanied by the development of FDI. Ether to China or to Shanghai, it＇s very significant to launch an in - depth study of FDI on the economic effects. This paper firstly analysis the scale, source and the distri- bution of FDI, and points out FDI has shown volatility agglomeration and concentration. Secondly the paper puts forward three assumptions base on the relevant theory, and tests them using the 1990 -2007 data of Pudong New Area. Our study finds that the economic growth effects are positive, but the technology spillover effect is not significant, and there is relatively strong crowding - out effect about FDI. Finally this paper put forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to the study results.
