摘　　要：目的应用MRI探讨针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效。方法将90例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为电针组、耳穴组、电针加耳穴组3组治疗,每组30例,采用体重、BMI及MRI测量腹部脂肪综合评定方法,并比较疗效。结果 3个治疗组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05),而电针加耳穴组的有效率最高(74%)。结论单一应用电针或耳穴贴压治疗,均可有效减轻单纯性肥胖患者的体重和减少腹部脂肪,包括腹壁皮下脂肪和腹内脂肪,而电针加耳穴效果更好。Objective To explore acupuncture＇s therapeutic effect of simple obesity with MRI.Methods 90 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group, ear point group and auricular electro-acupuncture group, and each group had 30 cases, using the comprehensive evaluation methods by body weight, BMI and MRI measurement of abdominal fat, and comparing the efficacy.Results Efficacy of three treatment groups were significantly different （P0.05）, but auricular electro-acupuncture group had the highest efficiency（74%）.Conclusion A single application of electro-acupuncture or auricular pressure treatment could effectively reduce the body weight of patients with simple obesity and abdominal fat, including intra-abdominal fat and subcutaneous abdominal fat, but the efficacy of auricular electro-acupuncture was better.
