摘　　要：为帮助政府部门控制区(县)网站发展方向,发现存在问题,修补漏洞不足,需要构建区(县)政府网站绩效评估指标体系并以此作为参照进行评估。In order to help government control its district （countie）web site＇s developing direction, find existing problems, modify the mistakes. It is necessary to set a evaluation indices system of Internet web site of district （eountie）government and regard it as a evaluating standard.
