高校电子校务建设的保障制度研究

摘　　要：高校电子校务建设是个复杂的系统工程,它持续时间长,涉及范围广,如果没有有效地保障制度,很难达到预期建设目标。本文阐述了电子校务的涵义和建设目标,分析了高校电子校务建设中保障不力所带来的问题,并从多个方面提出了加强保障制度建设的措施。The construction of college electronic-school system is a very complex systems engineering. This construction will be taken much time in all departments. So if there is not an efficient safeguard-system, to reach the target is difficult. This paper explained the meaning and the construction target of electronic-school, analyzed the problems from be lacking safeguard and posed some measures which can strengthen the Safeguard-system construction.
