稀土蠕化剂对蠕墨铸铁生产的影响

摘　　要：稀土是一系列元素的总称,稀土中不同元素对蠕墨铸铁生产的影响不同。通过生产实践中遇到的问题来说明稀土中镧和铈的量对蠕墨铸铁生产质量的影响。结果表明,低镧蠕化剂会造成蠕化不均匀,且缩松倾向大;高镧蠕化剂,对铸件的漏渗问题有改善。At present,the research on vermicular graphite cast iron by using RE has developed a lot,but some people neglect a factor： RE is not a single element but the summer of a series of elements,the elements in RE have different effects on vermicular cast iron.This paper depends on practice show that the lanthanum and cerium of different proportion in RE has important effect on production of vermicular graphite cast iron.
