淬火温度对含硼高铬白口铸铁组织和性能的影响

摘  要:研究淬火温度对不同含硼量高铬白口铸铁组织、力学性能和耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,随着淬火温度的升高,冲击韧度先降低后升高,并在1 000℃淬火的冲击韧度最低,硬度则表现出了相反的规律。硼含量为0.32%的高铬白口铸铁在1 050℃淬火时综合力学性能最佳,宏观硬度为53.6 HRC,冲击韧度为5.2 J/cm2,相对耐磨性为1.020。Different quenching temperatures are employed to research the effect of quenching temperature on the microstructure, mechanical and wear resistance of boron-containing High-Or white cast iron. The results indicate that with increasing of quenching temperature, impact toughness decreases at first and then increases, and it reaches a minimum value when the quenching temperature is 1 000 ℃, and the law is contrary to that of hardness. The temperature, at which the combination mechanical properties of High-Or white iron with 0.32% boron is best, is 1 050℃O, and the hardness is HRO 53.6, the impact toughness is up to 5.2 J/cm^2, meanwhile the relative wear resistance is 1. 020.
