高强度铝合金优质铸件扩张段壳体锥的研制

摘　　要：根据扩张段壳体锥铸件结构特点及使用要求,结合高强度ZL205A合金工艺特性,分析和讨论了扩张段锥壳体铸件铸造工艺要点,研制出了各项技术指标均达到设计要求的合格的扩张段壳体锥铝合金优质铸件,并已交付用户装机使用。The service characters and the structural features of casting have been analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis the foundry technological properties of high-strength Aluminum alloy ZI205A, the key foundry technologies for complex AI-Cu alloy sand casting were developed, the casting with high metallurgical quality conforming to the customers demand was produced.
