摘　　要：本文采用RBL表达系统，克隆并较高地表达了人TCRβ4；同时，以阳性RBL－TCRVβ4细胞作为免疫原，免疫大鼠，获得了世界上第一株稳定分泌人V_β4的杂交瘤细胞株c14．24。该系统为制备Vβ单抗提供了另一可供借鉴的有效途径。Using RBL expression system, We cloned and expressed human TCRV94. Furtherly ,this positive RBL-TCRVβ4 this positive RBL - TCRVβ4Tell was immunized to rats and the first hybridoma c14 .24 which stably and highly secrets antibody to human TCRVβ4 inthe world was got This' method provides a new effective way for producing Vβ antibody.
