摘 要:目的探讨萎缩肺组织形态还原的算法。方法以二维断层图像为基础,结合活体肺组织形态的特点,设定肺部形变的方向和范围,结合极坐标、Bresenham画线法和插值等方法实现不规则区域特定方向的纹理扩张。结果肺部图像扩张后纹理清晰,克服了传统图像放大算法所产生的模糊、边界锯齿等缺点,反映了经特定运动轨迹后肺内部各个结构位置、大小的变化。结论该方法用图像处理的方法实现了肺部纹理的扩张,并保持了肺内部组织结构的毗邻关系,能够有效应用于肺由萎缩态向正常状态的还原。Objective To explore the algorithm of the shrunk lung image restoration.Methods Based on 2-D section image,combining with the morphological characteristics of the living lung tissue,the direction of lung deformation and the boundary line that deformation reaches was assumed,and vein filling of specific direction in irregular areas was achieved through polar coordinates,Bresenham drawing method and interpolation method,etc.Results After the lung dilation,the image was clear,overcoming many shortcomings of the traditional image amplification,such as obscure and zigzag boundary,and the image reflected the location and size changes of various structures within the lung under specific movement trial.Conclusion The method,with image processing,achieves lung marking amplification,and maintains the adjacent relationship among the interior organization structures,which can effectively restore the lung from shrinkage condition to normal condition.
