摘  要:在弧焊逆变电源中内嵌实时多任务操作系统是提高数字化弧焊电源动态响应速度的方法之一.采用ARM(advanced reduced instruction setcomputer machine)为数字化焊接电源的控制器,并移植μC/OS—Ⅱ操作系统,研制了弧焊逆变电源数字化控制系统.按照优先级原则,将焊接过程划分为15个任务.为避免多个任务同时对同一个共享资源的访问,引入两个信号量以确定共享资源的访问机制.为了提高重要任务的数据处理速度,将处理后的数据以消息的形式传递给非重要的任务.The embedded multi-task real-time operating system is a method to improve the dynamic characteristic of arc welding inverter.A digital arc welding power supply was designed,ARM (advanced reduced instruction set computer machine) as controller and μC/OS-Ⅱ as operating system.Welding processing was divided into 15 tasks with the principle that major task enjoyed more priority.Two semaphores were introduced to avoid simultaneous-sharing on the same source from several tasks.To accelerate the major task processing speed,data would be transferred to the minor tasks in the form of message box.
