摘　　要：患者，２９岁，继发不孕５年，１９９１年及１９９３年人工流产２次。１９９８年７月输卵管碘油造形检查发现：宫腔无特殊，双侧输卵管通而不畅。配偶精液分析报告：（禁欲２天）密度１４×１０９，精液量３．５ｍｌ，活动率４０％，运动级别１～２级，存活率５０％，正常...Objective Analysis of result for 169 cycles of IVF ET and ICSI ET. Methods From 1998.10 to 1999.3, 144 couples (total 169 cycles) have been done for IVF ET or ICSI ET, and 152 cycles were completed. Results Among 152 completed cycles, 76 cycles were IVF ET and 28 pregnancy (pregnancy rate was 36.8%); 71 cycles were ICSI ET and 22 pregnan (pregnancy rate was 31%); 5 cycles was cytopreserved embryo transfer, and 2 cases became pregnan. Conclusions The result shows that the pregnancy rate of IVF/ICSI ET is significantly correlated with the age of female partner. If female partner age is less then 30, the pregnancy rate is 43.5% and if over 40, it is 14.3%. Among these patients, 10 azoospermia cases were undergoing non invasive sperm aspiration (NSA)+ICSI and 5 became pregnant.
