并联管路的流动规律及流量分配试验

摘　　要：针对液体冷却系统在相控阵雷达固态发射机上的应用，提出了并联管路的设计方法。简述了并联管路的流动规律。通过流量分配试验模拟某雷达高频箱内T／R组件并联管路，了解流量分配情况，并通过小孔节流方法，测试流量分配误差。最后给出了通过试验得到的流量分配规律。For the application of liquid cooling system in the solid-state transmitter of a phased array radar, the design method of parallel pipe line is presented. The flow regularity of parallel pipe line is introduced in the paper. The parallel pipe line for the T/R modules in the high-frequency cabin of a radar is simulated through the flow distribution test in order to realize the behavior of flow distribution, and flow distribution error is tested by orifice throttle. Finally, the flow distribution regularity summarized from this test is given.
