牛蛙交感神经节胆碱能传递的实验观察

摘　　要：使用常规细胞内记录技术，记录和分析牛蛙第Ｘ交感神经节Ｂ细胞突触传递过程中发生的动作电位、快兴奋性突触后电位、慢抑制性突触后电位和慢兴奋性突触后电位，研究其胆碱能属性与细胞兴奋性的关系和突触传递过程中复杂的整合关系。Experimental observations on AP, fEPSP, sIPSP and sEPSP on B neurons in X sympathetic ganglia of the bullfrog were made using intracellular recording techniques. The cholinergic property and excitability relation of the synaptic responses were investigated. It is shown that there is a complex integration on the synaptic transmission in sympathetic ganglia of the bullfrog.
