摘　　要：热喷涂涂层结合强度是衡量涂层质量的最重要指标之一,是涂层项目研发、新材料开发以及涂层生产任务的必检项目。作者开发了一台简易涂层结合强度测量设备--电子万能试验机,用于涂层结合强度的测试。该设备实现了对拉伸力、夹紧压力和拉伸长度的数据采集和存储,并实现结合强度测试全过程自动检测与控制,具有良好的系统稳定性和测试精度。Bond strength of thermal spray coatings is one of the most important parameter judging coatings performance. It is a necessary test item of the coating project development, new materials development and coating produces. The author has developed Electronic Universal Testing Machine used for coatings bond strength testing. The stretching force, clamping force and the stretching length can be tested and stored by the computer. It realized automatic measurement and controlling of the entire bond strength test proceeding. Testing machine has the fine stability and high testing precision.
