摘　　要：本文在对中关村科技园区的高新技术企业进行抽样问卷调查的基础上,了解高新技术企业对科技保险的认知和使用情况,从中归纳出当前我国科技保险市场存在的突出问题,并着重从宏观经济、市场结构、政策制度、市场信息等方面对问题的根源加以分析,最后分别针对政府部门、保险公司、中介机构和科技企业提出相应的对策措施。We conducted a sampled questionnaire survey of high-tech companies in Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park to learn about their knowledge and usage of the technology insurance and to find out major problems related to the current technology insurance market in China. Then we analyzed the underlying causes mainly from four aspects： macroeeonomic environments, market structure, policies and institutions and market information, and come up with corresponding solutions for government, insurance companies, insurance brokers and hightech companies respectively.
