摘　　要：针对石油储罐静电研究的特殊性,尤其是雷电天气条件下的静电测量工作,设计了静电参量自动测量系统。该系统符合安全要求,并在鲁宁输油处临邑站成功试用。该系统包括罐内电位测量系统、罐区电场测量系统、储罐接地电流测量系统和信号存储显示系统,可有效地实现罐外雷电和油内静电参量的全天候自动实时测量,为系统认识储罐静电规律和评价静电安全防护措施提供了条件。In allusion to the particularity of electrostatic study of oil storage tank,especially the electrostatic measurement in the presence of thunder and light,the automatic measurement system for electrostatic parameters was de- signed.The whole system meets the safety requirements and has been tested at Linyi station of Luning Oil Transmission Administration. The system is composed of four sub—systems: the potential measurement system inside the tank,the electric field measurement system outside the tank,the grounding current measurement system of the tank,the digital storage and display system for the electrostatic signal.It can effectively realize the automatic all—weather measurement of both thunder electricity outside and static electricity inside,and make it possible to understand the electrostatic law systematically and to evaluate the electrostatic safety protection for the storage tank.
