摘  要:简要介绍了装置常压塔规格及塔盘,分析了导向浮阀塔板与F1浮阀塔板的优缺点,针对装置常压系统高附加值产品收率低、侧线产品分离效果差、重叠度较大的生产现状,经过详细的模拟计算和水力学计算,找出制约常压拔出率的瓶颈问题,提出解决措施,并分析了装置改造后的收率、侧线馏程、产品质量等问题。This paper briefly introduces the device specifications and atmospheric tower trays. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of directed floating valve tray and F1 floating valve tray.Aiming at the production status of the installation of high atmospheric pressure system including low yield value—added products from, poor separation effect of side—line products and greater degree of overlapping,the paper points out the bottleneck problems which restrict the atmospheric distillation yield through detailed simulation and hydraulic calculations and it brings forward solutions to these problems.It also analyzes issues such as the yield of the device, side—line distillation range and product quality,etc.after transformation.
