摘　　要：介绍氯化氢合成工艺流程,讨论生产过程中氢气过量或氯气过量的危害,分析氯氢配比异常的原因,提出了保证氯氢配比符合工艺条件的控制措施。The process of hydrogen chloride synthesis is introduced. Hazards of both excess of hydrogen and excess of chlorine in the production are discussed. The reasons of abnormal proportion of chlorine and hydrogen are analyzed. The control countermeasures are given to ensure that the proportion of chlorine and hydrogen satisfies the production conditions.
