摘　　要：在隔膜法烧碱蒸发工序浓碱冷却工艺中,采用螺旋板式换热器替代列管换热器,并由立式安装方式改造为卧式后,碱中盐质量浓度由平均4.4 g/L降为3.6 g/L。The salt content of caustic soda is reduced from average 4.4 g/L to 3.6 the vertical tubular heat-exchanger with a horizontal spiral-plate heat-exchanger in the concentrated caustic soda in diaphragm caustic soda evaporation production. g/L by replacing cooling process of
