摘　　要：目的:观察胃安合剂对实验性大鼠胃溃疡的预防及治疗作用。方法:用利血平、乙酸和水浸应急的方法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型,以胃痛宁片为阳性对照,以溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率为指标,评价其作用。结果:与模型组比较,胃安合剂能显著降低3种胃溃疡模型的溃疡指数(P<0.01或<0.05)。其中中、高剂量组效果与胃痛宁组相当。结论:胃安合剂对大鼠胃溃疡模型具有明显的预防和治疗作用。Objective ： To study the defensive and therapeutic effect of weian mixture on gastric ulcer in experimental rats. Method： The acute gastric ulcer model rats were induced by reserpine, acetic acid and stress, the weitongning group was used as positive group. Ulcer index and inhibitory rates were used to evaluate the effect. Result： The weian mixture groups could reduce gastric ulcer index of three kinds of models compared to that of control groups significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 or 〈 0. 05 ）. Medium, high-dose and positive group had considerable effect. Conclusion： Weian mixture has protective and therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.
