新老工艺镇痛宁胶囊对小鼠的镇痛作用比较

摘　　要：目的:比较新老工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法:分别选用新老工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊,采用热板法和扭体法观察新老制剂的镇痛效果。结果:与老工艺相比,新工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊对热刺激所致小鼠疼痛和醋酸诱导小鼠扭体反应的抑制作用更显著(P<0.01)。结论:新工艺镇痛宁胶囊有明显的镇痛作用,优于传统老工艺生产的镇痛宁胶囊。Objective ： To compare the analgesic effect of zhentongning eapsules prepared by the new and old technology on mice. Method ： The analgesic effect of zhentongning capsules prepared by the new and old technology were observed by the hot-board method and the writhing assay in mice, respectively. Result： Compared with the old technology, the inhibition of the thermal stimulation-induced pain and the acetic acid-induced writhing in mice arisen from the zhentongning capsules prepared by the new technology increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The analgesic effect of zhentongning capsules prepared by the new technology is obvious and it is superior to the old one.
