摘 要:目的:观察千金子提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用噻唑蓝染色法(MTT),选用人宫颈癌(Hela)细胞和人白血病(K_(562))细胞株,镜下观察细胞生长状况、密度、形态,检测吸光度(A),计算抑瘤率。结果:千金子提取物组瘤细胞明显少于溶剂组,尤其以大剂量组更为突出,边缘见有少许细胞与结晶体,并可见许多细胞残片,与溶剂组比较,组间具有显著性的差异(P<0.05);且抑瘤率与给药剂量呈正相关。结论:千金子提取物对肿瘤细胞Hela、K_(562)在体外有显著的抗肿瘤作用。Objective : To observe the anti-tumor effects of extracts from the Semen Euphorhiae Lathyris in vitro. Method: In vitro experiments were adopted with MTT method. The tumor cell lines were Hela and K562. The growth condition,density and apperaence of tumor cell were observed with microscope. The absorbanee were detected and the rates of inhibition tumor were calculated. Result: Experiment in vitro demonstrated that numbers of tumor cells of extracts from the Semen Euphorbiae Lathyris groups were lower obviously than ones of solvent group, especially in high dose group. The border of cells had crystalline body and a number of residual patch of cells. Compared with solvent group, the groups of Semen Euphorbiae Lathyris were higher (P 〈0. 05 ). There was significant correlation of rate of inhibition tumor of extracts from the Semen Euphorbiae Lathyris with drug dose. Conclusion: Extracts from the Semen Euphorbiae Lathyris have obvious anti-tumor effect on Hela, K562 in vitro.
