摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定夏天无注射液中原阿片碱含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μl,以乙腈-三乙胺醋酸液(18:82)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:290nm。结果:原阿片碱在17.62～88.10μg·ml^(-1)范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.8%。结论:本法准确可靠,可用于夏天无注射液中原阿片碱的含量测定。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of content of protopine in rhizoma corydalis decumbentis injection. Method： The HPLC with Diamonsil C18（ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used,the column temperature was at 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl, a mixture of acetonitrile-triethylamine acetic acid solution （ 18： 82） was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ,and detection wavelength was 290 nm. Result： The linear rang of protopine was 17.62-88. 10 μg·ml^-1 （r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 99. 8% , and RSD was 0. 8%. Conclusion： This method is reliable, accurate and suitable for the determination the content of protopine in rhizoma corydalis decumbentis injection.
