摘　　要：目的　研究真皮下血管网薄皮瓣在手部软组织缺损修复中的应用。方法　对因外伤、热电等烧伤引起的手部软组织缺损或瘢痕挛缩畸形２３ 例（ 皮瓣面积为１６ ｃｍ ×５ ｃｍ ～８ ｃｍ ×４ ｃｍ） 患者，采用真皮下血管网皮瓣修复。结果　断蒂时间最短为术后７ ｄ ，最长为术后１２ ｄ ，２３ 例患者均获得满意效果。结论　该薄皮瓣在各种原因引起的手部软组织缺损修复中有其明显优点。Objective To study the application of corium lower vascular net thin skin flap in hand soft tissue defect.Methods 23 cases (skin flap was 16?cm×5?cm～8?cm×4?cm),whose hand soft tissue defect or scar constracture were due to trauma or burn were repaired using corium lower vascular net thin skin flap.Rusult The shortest time of pedicle was 7 days after operation,the longest was 12 days,and all cases were satisfactory.Conclusion Thin skin flap has its obvious advantages in hand soft tissue defect repairing due to different causes.
