玉树抗震救灾中对高原急性肺水肿的护理和管理

摘　　要：在青海玉树抗震救灾中,本院应急医疗救援队救治的重危患者中高原急性肺水肿占1/3以上,通过准确诊断、积极治疗、有效护理管理和及时后送,缩短患者的住院日期,促进患者的早日康复,对杜绝并发症的发生起到了积极的作用,没有出现一例严重并发症和死亡患者,取得了满意的效果。In the Earthquake rescue of Yushu,the emergency medical rescue team of our hospital treated several critically ill patients 1/3 of which were the Acute Pulmonary Edema.Through accurate diagnosis and active treatment,effective and timely evacuation of nursing management,the patient＇s hospital stay was shorten,early recovery was promoted,and eradicate the incidence of complications has played a positive role.None of severe complications and death occurred in patients with satisfactory results.
