军队医院非手术超高消费住院病例的费用分析

摘　　要：目的分析军队医院住院非手术病例超高消费医疗费用的影响因素。方法对200×年××所军队医院收治住院病例中的非手术超高消费进行回顾性研究,分析病例的疾病分布、年龄分布与住院费用和住院天数的关系,对病情特征、费用结构进行统计分析,并对非手术超高消费住院病例医疗费用进行多因素分析。结果军队医院非手术住院病例超高消费病种较集中,年龄与住院费用的关系没有统计学意义,影响住院费用的主要是药费及与病情有关因素,如感染、护理和抢救等因素。结论非手术超高消费与年龄无关,提示医疗费用的高低可能与职务等级无关,主要与药费和病情有关。Objective To analyze the chief causes of super high medical expense of non-operation in-patient.Methods In-patients of non-operation in 200× at ×× military hospitals with super high medical expense were investigated.Distributing of disease,relationship between age distributing and cost and makeup of cost were investigated.Variables that influenced cost in hospitals were analyzed.Results For Inpatient of non-operation with super high medical expense,the kinds of illness are centralized.Age and cost in hospitals is no relation.The important Variables that influenced cost are infection,nursing and salvage.Conclusions It pointed out that there may no relations between the degree of medical expenditure and the level of post.The main factors were drug cost and the state of illness.
