临床学科群建设评价指标体系实证分析

摘　　要：现代大型综合性医院陆续组建学科群,以创造更高的临床和科研效益。为科学地管理学科群,运用评价指标体系对学科群发展建设进行了实证研究评估,对评估结果进行分析,并提出政策性建议:要重视学科群带头人的培养及学科人才队伍的建设;引导学科群管理方式由疏散型向紧密型、核心型转变;加强学科群群间合作和群内学术、人才、技术交流,打造优势学科群,提升核心竞争力,推动医院的快速发展。Discipline groups are constructed in modern general hospital in order to obtain more clinical and research benefits.The article made an empirical study on the development and construction of discipline groups by using evaluation index system to achieve scientific management of discipline groups.Through the analysis of evaluating results,the author put forward some suggestions,which included stressing on the cultivation and building of disciplinary leader and personnel,guiding the management mode from evacuation model to compact and core-type,strengthening the inter-group cooperation and academic,personnel and technical exchanges,building superior discipline groups and improving core competitiveness to promote the rapid development of the hospital.
