摘　　要：本文概括医疗科室党支部书记兼任科主任这一做法,阐述了在科室全面建设中起到的积极作用,指出存在的问题如能力比较欠缺、工作重心有失偏颇、身份角色容易混淆、自身形象有待提高等;并从配强科室主官、加强教育培训、强化制度作用、树立良好形象等方面提出了对策建议。The article introduced the general situation of party secretary cure director of medical department. It is proved that the practice was effective to promote the overall building of medical department. However, there were also some problems be solved, such as the lack of abilities, lop - sided in work emphasis, confusion of roles, and low self - image. Finally, some suggestions were put forward, including arranging powerful director of medical department, strengthening training, stressed the function of system, as well as establishing better image.
