摘　　要：本文提出了建立规划管理办公自动化信息系统的必要性,针对城市规划管理中管理方法落后的不足,运用现代管理原理为基本理念,以信息技术为主要支撑,以系统体系为架构,设计一个办公自动化系统(OA)与地理信息系统(GIS)相结合的总体方案。This paper proposes the importance of establishment of Planning Administration Information system. Aiming at the deficiency of current urban planning management system, using modern management principles as the basic concept, this paper makes a general designing plan which integrates OA with GIS which with information technology as the main support and based on the systematic structure.
