摘　　要：文章通过分析MPLS VPN无法完全保证数据的机密性和完整性的安全性缺陷,以及不易实现移动用户的VPN接入。综合MPLS VPN和IPSec VPN的优点,提出了一种在MPLS VPN应用IPSec来保证数据传输的安全性,应用IPSec VPN在CE设备实现移动用户的VPN接入的新方案。该方案既具有IPSec VPN的高安全性和移动性,又具有MPLSVPN的高速交换、QoS保证、流量工程以及可扩展性的优点。By analyzing MPLS VPN can not fully ensure security and integrity of data and it’s difficult to access to VPN for the mobile user. Taking advantage of MPLS VPN and IPSec VPN, and forwarding a new project of IPSec based MPLS VPN and IPSec VPN based CE device for ensuring data security and accessing to VPN for mobile users. The project can share the advantages of IPSec’s high security and mobility and MPLS’S high speed switching, QOS guarantee and flow engineering as well as expand ability.
